Our buildings are created using OSB3 sheets, adhered with 75mm or 100mm of Super Therm EPS to ensure the buildings require minimal heating and are comfortable all year round.
We offer a variety cladding options and provide free after project service.
After the project is finished we provide not only a guarantee but also a free two year service which includes:
- inspections every 6 months
- reoiling or re painting cladding after two years

Planning permission
Planning permission depends on the location and size of your building, however, as most of our garden offices are just short of 2.5m in height they don’t usually require planning permission. If you are looking for an office studio larger than 30 sqm, or higher than 2.5m from ground level then planning permission will be needed.
Going green
Installing a green roof is a great way to offset any impact on the reduction of green space used for the project. Our flat roof buildings all come with this option, please contact us for more information or further advice.
Access to the side
Most of our customers do not have side access or an easy through route to their garden but this is not an issue at all, we can work around almost any access constraints.

The price of our garden offices vary depending on size, shape and finish.
However an approximate cost is £1550 per one square meter of building area and all of our projects will have a minimum charge of £13400.
